We hope that you LOVE all your purchases from Urban Belle Boutique. However, we understand that sometimes items may not fit as desired and need to be returned.
Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY. We will gladly grant store credit up to 14 days after delivery date. After this timeframe, your item will not be eligible for return!
Return Eligibility Requirements
Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return.
The item must be unworn and in its original condition. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell, or stains of any kind will be accepted.
Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code are FINAL SALE. (blogger codes and welcome codes do not apply and are eligible for return).
Other items that are Final Sale include: all accessories, leggings, bodysuits, shoes, swimwear and athletic wear.
How to Make a Return
We cannot provide exchanges or holds due to limited inventory. If an exchange is needed we encourage you to place a new order for the item(s) needed and return the other item(s).
When mailing a return please make sure the items are securely packaged! We are not responsible for items that are lost in transit or damaged on the way to us.
Also, please include your packing slip in with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it.

What Happens After I Return?
Once we receive your return we will process it in 1-2 days. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you and is good for 90 days. Items purchased with store credit are Final Sale.
We have the right to deny refund if an item is worn or damaged any way!
Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at: email@example.com and attach pictures of the damaged item.
